One thing I have learned over the years in this game.....promotion is what makes the stock world go wrong. However there are all types of promotions.

1. Slick promoters hyping worthless/semi-worthless penny stocks for short term gain. Yes, Civelli has been involved with his fair share of these.

2. Bringing a great company with huge potential to the eyes of millions of investors and all the right fund managers. Civelli/Haywood have also been involved in this type of promotion.

Of course in both type of promotions the people promoting the stock are normally in huge right at the bottom. However in one case they dump as soon as the stock runs up and then short the hell out of it. In the other case they often hold for years and lay back and watch the paper profits grow.

I would say the type of promotion we will get is number 2 for four reason.....

1. William Staudt and JDX's management team has a proven track record for setting up big deals with long term growth potential. For example, one of Mr Staudt's claims to fame is a deal he set up for a NASDAQ shell a couple of years back. The shell had $15 million in cash and was selling at cash value. He was hired to find a new business for the company (sound familiar). He set up the deal and two years later the company was takeover by a European company for $240 million.

2. The low burn rate and Medsite.com deal have already shown us that JDX management is out to increase shareholder value and not just burn throught the money or pump money into worthless internet shells.

3. With over $22 million in assets JDX is no worthless penny shell. At present we are selling below cash value.

4. If Civelli was planning a pump and dump/short promotion with his shares he probably wouldn't have become an insider/director of the company and would have done it all from the outside. As soon as Civelli became a director he had to worry about inside trading regulations which makes a big pump and dump a lot harder.

In other words I don't think this is a short term play although we could see some very quick price appreciation once the promotion starts which could feel like a pump, I just don't think we will see a dump. JDX has already stated that they don't plan on doing dog and pony shows until after the deal is announced so the promotion hasn't even started yet. In fact almost nobody out their has any clue at this point who JDX is and what their potential is...that is the only reason we can get shares at this price.

Best Regards
KEITH
