Tom's #1 theory is that it's the 2nd PP doing the buying. Alyce's #2 theory is that friends ("real investors") of Maj. Gen. Ragano are doing the buying. Let's say the 27 million shares were traded at an average of 7 cents. That means that just under $2 million changed hands. Somebody is expecting something good to happen. Regards, Suzanne
