When I stopped by my local CPU in New Orleans about a month ago the store layout was much more attractive, less cluttered, and filled with helpful salesmen, which was a change. And as always, it was packed. There are still lots of computer neophytes out there who need help with their new purchases, and people like me who might need help with a LAN in my home, which I have NO interest in trying on my own. Still long. They have such a great franchise and are so big, it will take lots of screwups to bankrupt the company.
