Having no problems your ISP is the best customer service of all. A good friend has had the same results with MindSpring. I get it now with my provider as well but have been at the opposite end of the spectrum as well with another ISP. Try playing on-line card games on Yahoo with someone else connected through AOL and you will appreciate your ISP even more. The anticiipated merger is a major event for both companies. I think they need a little time to sort things out before we will start seeing more announcements. I read that both parties signed a no-backout clause that will cost either party megabucks if they try to back out of the merger. Any further merger offers will involve MSPG and ELNK as one entity.
