Paul, it has been mentioned by Paul Henry that there were some shorts who would have to cover at some time. Maybe the the volume started coming in, the price strengthening, and the shorts jumped in. Was the big volume traded late in the day? So far, the buying has been attributed to the following: 1) 2nd PP buying; 2) friends of MG Ragano buying; 3) anticipated new financing; 4) short covering; 5) anticipation of major news to come (Alyce knows something).
