News and relationship announcements play a major role.

I also was surprised that LIOX did not fare as well post-QP than expected. I was expecting more press releases and some block buster announcements. That didn't happen and therefore the price has languished. I got out with nice profits, but I intend to keep LIOX on my radar screen to watch for signs of momentum. I am impressed with the company and its management, but they need a lot more exposure. Their business is not a monopoly. There is a relatively low barrier of entry to compete. But they do seem to have a good system working and from what I understand, some very pleased big name clients. Today's announcement with Cisco was nice, but not nearly enough of a deal to spark the momentum needed to get it going again. The agreement was only for $9M over three years - hardly earth shattering. But this is a start for PR's. If they could get a couple of these out every week, things would pick up for sure. I expect LIOX will do well, but just don't know when. Worth watching for now.
