Hope this is not a design win to smooth out worse than anticipated news on 10/6 report, as AMD usually do in the past. >

This is for the US market, could be global but I am not sure of that. From what I can tell this is real and NEC is expecting 600MHz Athlons to be the sweetspot for Christmas (i.e., the volumes should be good).

P.S.: If my memory serves me right, this is the first time NEC is using AMD processor for desktop line in the U.S.. Is this correct?
