John the bollinger bands you see on the graph ( top line and bottom line ) are theoretical price limits that we can expect th stock to be pulled to. In our case the top band is at .50 so it is a reasonable target. If buying volume comes in the top band will rise very steeply and the price will evetually get too high over the band showing us it will pull back to the band, then will drop to meet the lower band in time, sot of a momentum thing. I have had amazing success in using the daily bollinger band to predict where a spiked stock will return to 2-3 days later ( for shorting ).
