Ed- Guess what? Stocks that grow at 25-40% p.a. has much longer periods of stagnant growth....and even some (and longer) decline periods..with "only" <G> 25-40% stock price growth p.a....a stock can easily burst up 20%...and then hold its ground for many months..and then tack on the extra 5,10,15% to reach the p.a. target...your rhetoric only goes to scare some investors from holding on (and selling) during a stagnant period...again, if it is so easy...give me the names of three companies that are going to outperform Dell (25-40% p.a.) over the next 12 mos.....I (and others) would love to know..

You (faulty) logic is that you continue to work (only) from the Feb. peak (price) data pt.....AND you continue to judge Dell's current price movements based on the years of 150, 200% growth..gGess what (again)? A stock that is growing at 150, 200% p.a is going to have longer, more sustainable up periods, fewer (and) shorter flat periods, and very few (and brief) down periods......

There is nothing usual about Dell's stock price movements this year...except that it is no longer appreciating at 150/200% a year....it continues to be a great company/stock.
