I'm hoping Yahoo! moves to atuomatically downloaded Java Applets for EBPP. With a click of a hot link on the Yahoo! finance page all the applicable finance software (like Quicken Lite) could be downloaded in a matter of seconds. This is similar to the Datek Streamer download.

Advantages:

1. No visit to the download site. No wait . No restart windows.

2. Automatic updates each time to correct bugs and add features.

Maybe the Yahoo! toolbar is a step in this direction.
