Normally a hedge against inflation and of course there is no inflation. Doesn't pay interest like a bond nor a dividend like a stock therefore not as good as a paper asset.

Some fund mgr azw was also on saying that if gold went much higher he would do something stupid on the air ( I forget the exact action he proposed) but it was akin to eating sh(8t -g-

They are clueless as to what is happening around their romper room, aren't they?
