Gary,

1. This is absurd. One insider's collar limits the upside in the intermediate term? As for insider selling generally, I've posted the insider holdings (from the proxy statement) and the sales against those holdings have been miniscule. (I do admit that the overhang, particularly from entities like TWE, poses potential selling pressure. On the other hand, I've heard stories to the effect that AMTD would rather take on debt than sell their NITE shares at this price.)

2. If the stock price is "collared" because of this insider, I guess I'm safe writing 27 1/2 puts for 3 points a pop until the cows come home.
