This is an interesting quote from the article on the NYSE considering allowing access through ECNs: "The officials are also considering automatic execution, allowing buy and sell orders to match up without human intervention" This is concurrent with the collapse of auto-exec on NASDAQ. It may open up some longer day trading strategies through web broker entry interfaces, depending on the tiers they choose. The Dow 30 can make excellent day trading vehicles. Alan
