And then , the rest of the world, would adapt to the american standard for health care "cards"...

let my add my bit...
Dogs in my country (and in yours) are very loved by people, an awful lot of money is spent for them (too much in my view).
The next step would be to use "Digital Dog Tags" in dogs
and pets, generally speaking...
