Hi gemsearcher, I'm just hangin' trying to figure out how to make a few bucks and I came up with, what I think, is a brilliant idea. Let's offer $3/ share for SUF (90M Cdn). Buy 100% of the stock, sell all of their (our?) assets for, say 120M cdn (maybe more, Mussina must have appreciated w/ the price of plat. bein' up and all, although... SURPRISE... that hasnt been reflected in the share price). Pay back the 90M (+ 200K or so of those nasty legal and interest fees) and walk away with ~30M cdn and a shell company. TSE shell companies are going for a couple of hundred K, so we could sell the shell and use the proceeds of that as some walking around money. We'd probably need 90M to make this go. Perusing my chequebook I am around, oh, 90M short, so I will need a partner to put this plan into action. You up???? Dean
