Herb, good point, as long as everyone thinks that somehow the warrant exercise price influences the stock price. Who knows, . . .it may even cause SUN to try to catch up on the ground that it is rapidly losing to competitors, and create some motivation for SUN to actually buy product, make a lot of noise in the marketplace mentioning Ancor, . . .and even cause the stock price to "rise" precisely because of the warrants, after causing the stock price to fall because of the warrants. Crazy, isn't it?

Pat

Herb

I hope that you realize that my last post was to say nothing more than "At this stage of the game this stock has me very confused".

I don't think that ANCR could or would do anything to deprive Sun.

Right now the stock is going crazy. Perhaps its' time has come. Of course I picked up a few more shares at 23 1/16 and immediately it backed off to 22 3/4. If everything I owned treated me the way this one is I'd go crazy. Right now it's up 3 3/16. I don't see any news.

Is anyone aware of anything that might be driving the price other than it was just plain undervalued?

Management does care. Some of you said here and Yahoo that management does not care about us investors. The fact is they answer most if not all of our panic calls and give us pretty much the same information that they give to institutions. And, by presenting to Bank of America tomorrow shows me that they want more institution to buy Ancor stocks. They do care. It will help us and help themselves via stock options.
