Xybernaut(R) Establishes Distributor Relationship
with WAV, Inc. for MA IV(TM) Wearable Computer

computing, announced today that it has entered into a distributor relationship with WAV, Incorporated for Xybernaut's Mobile
Assistant® IV (MA IV(TM)) wearable PC. WAV is a leading nationwide value added distributor of data capture and 802.11
wireless hardware, serving Fortune 500 companies through a nationwide customer base of more than 150 established value
added resellers (VARs).
