Jan, talk about a small float. Dscm shows only 6900 shares and that might be divided by 2,

James, I don't think that Dscm has a small float, it's just very small trading volumes day after day.

Dscm's outstanding is 42M shares(Amzn owns about 13%)
Float of 5M shares
Not much shorts but lots of overhang once the lock-up period is expired. IPO's on 7/7/99, and just about all the shares in the float currently are deeply under water. If the Dscm share-price does not SHAPE-UP soon, there will be some tax-induced selling towards the end of the year. So what can it do to shape up?
