To All:

I would like input regarding Office.Com since they have announced their business startup date and clientele.

Will this likely go to an IPO? What will this startup add to the bottom line?

And STEVE, will decreased revenues secondary to a decrease in the resell market really increase the bottom line because of stated reasons?

Thanks in advance to all for the input.

At investment panel this week ART CFO indicated its expects its
revenue to come 40% from ART direct sale, 40% from Qwest wholesale, and 20% other ISP/IXC customers. Cited MSDW forecast
that fixed wireless will generate revenue of $15.7 billion by 2009. Also
relayed that half of Advent's new investment was from GE Capital and
indicated that England may be next European build with no fixed
timetable.

ART was non specific on metrics as usual but then again without much analyst coverage it is not hitting any screens this week.
