I think there are several explanations for the sudden shift in IFCI's share price, but the most important reason is a reassessment of IFCI's expected financial results for the remainder of 1999.
The financial markets are very unforgiving when companies do not meet their announced goals, and once again IFCI had to reset expectations. Unfortunately, in the short term, this company is being penalized for not making those original numbers, and not getting credit for the progress they are making. I am confident that IFCI can regain the momentum

Buying today at < 5 $ should easily finance another vacation (IMO)
