Bruce.... that's why I like 'em.... anyone with "too good" customer service can't afford it.... I'm convinced, given the option, most people shop price.... not service (I said most people).... :-)

PS should mention at CC I took back a lightening stricken surround system.... they fixed it no questions asked....

Bruce. I agree with you totally on "Worst Buy" I had a problem with the pricing on a product there. Tried for 20 minutes to see the manager. He never showed up. Called the district manager and was told I had to work through the store manager. Talk about a catch 22. Needless to say, I have not been back.
