Most goods and services are cheaper in the 3rd World than in the developed world. I just read in National Geographic that some 3rd World citizens can get cable TV for $2 per month.

$2 is too expensive. I get it for a dollar a month.

I'm not going until they get cable modems, though.

Well, I am planning to sign up for DSL at $45 per month very soon.

As for cable modems, see rediff.com
