September 30, 1999 Arrowhead Announces Results of Injunction Hearing Further to the press release of August 30, 1999, Mark Jarvis, President, announced today that Arrowhead Minerals Corp. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Arrowhead Resources (USA) Ltd., won an Order Denying Injunctive Relief as a result of a hearing in Lander, Wyoming held September 17, 1999. The Court found that there was no contract between the Plaintiffs and Arrowhead. "This judgement is good news for Arrowhead," said Jarvis. "Now we can get on with our business."
