I agree Zorro...what I find strange is that if my memory serves me right, the original date range for this class action did not include this time period (early '96) and did extend into '98 so I originally thought I was SOL. Are there maybe 2 separate class actions occurring?? Also, Ken's earlier post stating "With the breakdown of the reward, it slides from $3.20 to $0.01." is accurate with $0.112 being an average. As I understand the 'allocation' breakdown, I might be on the higher end of the distribution, but I'm not going to get excited until the check has cleared the bank. I don't understand why you and some others haven't received the packet. Would like to get your opinion on it. Later Jon
