Walter, It may be a threat to the CF standard, but I see it as coming into the picture a bit late. The CF slot is deeply entrenched right now. Also recall that Sony has no expertise in flash memory architecture, design, engineering or manufacture. They will need support from other flash memory houses and that is good for the market segment. It will also be good for SanDisk, better if SanDisk is actually subcontracted for manufacturing. That is my view on the matter. Ausdauer
