:XOOM.com Adopts Cybergold's Payment System for Online Transactions
SAN FRANCISCO and OAKLAND, Calif., Sept. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- XOOM.com, Inc. (Nasdaq: XMCM), a leading direct e-commerce company, and Cybergold, Inc. (Nasdaq: CGLD), home of the online Earn & Spend Community(TM) (www.cybergold.com), today announced that Cybergold's proprietary payment system will enable XOOM.com's more than 10.2 million members to buy and sell high quality digital content from the XOOM.com Web site ( xoom.com ).

XOOM.com will implement Cybergold's payments system on its Media Sharehouse ( mediasharehouse.com ), a free online service that allows XOOM.com members to store, share and showcase any type of digital media file, including MP3 audio files, games and streaming video clips. Cybergold's payments system will enable XOOM.com members to buy and sell digital content directly from Media Sharehouse using Cybergold's online payment technology.

XOOM.com members will receive Cybergold "Earn and Spend" rewards when purchasing products from the XOOM.com Web site. "Earn and Spend" rewards are actual cash that can be used to purchase digital content, services and products such as software, music, credit reports and publications.
