The 260 of 390 in the experimental arm will be the lucky ones.

The report on the completed trial sounds very promising to me, especially the part about patients being converted to PCR-negative status for residual tumor cells. But six to eight years will be a long wait for completion of Phase III. That's longer than the median survival time of five to seven years for B-cell lymphoma given in the Dec 97 story.
