North Korea is caving, but I suspect we will see fireworks before the final implosion--a kind of "last hurrah" in a country where the information flow has been so restricted that to this day the general populace doesn't even know that a man has walked on the moon.

Oh, my God, I do hope that you do not have to admit that you are wrong about Taiwan! So far, it does look mostly like posturing. I am hoping it stays that way....
