USMA, it's pretty evident that the MM minnows rule the roost today, with such an anemic volume of trading on this stock....For instance, NITE just sits there with 100-share increments doing both the bidding and the asking.....manipulation....or not????...You tell me....and that poor excuse for head of the SEC, Arthur Levitt, sees nothing wrong with the "self policing" NASDAQ policy...
