FA does not matter for now but someday they may lose access to capital then FA will matter.

Maybe after 3 yrs from now, but not any time sooner, imho.

Mike, that is why it is a matter of "Life and Death" for the conversion to occur, so they can go out and borrow more, and that is why, eventually, the conversion will occur, the street is not going to give up on these underwriting fees that easily. Yet, this hiccup will have to be absorbed before they get back on track with the scenario.
