I would like to see the new lows decrease more. This rally will only be temporary if the new lows stay above 200.

A break of the new highs above 100 over the next few days will be interesting.

Over 1B shares traded on the NYSE. The last time over 1B shares were traded was 06/30/99, exactly 1 quarter ago.

End-of-the-quarter buying.

I am suspicious of the increase today in new highs, but we shall see.
