Doniam, the requirement to purchase HHH in multiples of 100 shares is probably due to the fact that a holder of 100 shares of HHH can elect (for a very small transaction fee) to convert the 100 shares of HHH into the underlying portfolio of stocks. If you owned an odd lot of HHH shares, you would own a fractional number of shares of some of these stocks. RC
