Hey Scoob - James Dupree has sold his paintings all over the world. Marc Richter and he have a friendship that goes back many years; so luckily for us, James will be an eConnect exclusive. James is an African American whose art comes from the depths of his soul. We will actually release a p r just on James, and you will be quite pleasantly surprised to assess his bio and talent. It is an eConnect coup! I thank you Marc, btw, Marc - I'll see you for poker tonight ;-)
The Amish - These people who are associated with the Mennonites fled Europe in the 1700s to come to this land of religious freedom. Their handcrafts are all done by one individual. The quilt you see under the Fine Arts section (It was mislabeled but that is being corrected)was made by one Amish woman (Rebecca) - she prefers to work alone because in a quilting bee, she claims the stitches are not uniform. WOW! We will publish a bio of the Amish as an intro to this section. It will be posted on the Fine Arts site by Oct 4 or 5.
The Javits World Internet convention hosts 40,000 Internet executives from all around the world, Scoob. I will be attending conferences with some CEOs of corporations like AT&T. I will have my traveling ECNC kit - from business cards to flyers for our auction. What a grand opportunity this is!

Optimistically yours,
Manny

Hi Scoob,
I think I can answer that for you about James. He works in so many different mediums. I personally love his mix-media abstract paintings, I own 2 and my parents also own one. He also does these really COOL clocks that are very arty and functional at the same time they run in the price range of 200 dollars to about 4,000 dollars. You will be able to see his work by the middle of October at the LATEST.
Marc
