I've been watching this one for a while now. Finally jumped in this afternoon @ $6.25. Was happy until Research Capital dumped 70,000 shares into the market at 3:37. Short covering? Anyone know what the last short position was?

Also, heard on 680News out of Toronto this afternoon at 2:26 that an analyst at Scotia Capital raised his forecast on TUV from reduce to hold, with a forecast price of $17.70
