I guess the movie Chinatown had some truth to it. The whole Northwest, including No. Cal. ought to break away and call itself Cascadia. They could bring in southern British Columbia. Seattle and Vancouver are sister cities and already trade with each other. They relate to folks across the Pacific with ease. I don't think they think about points east very much... Gee, I thought when So. Cal. broke away it might become like Atlantis, now you're saying it will be a part of Washington...
