AMEN! I think you've hit the nail on the head greentree. Those shares issued in lieu of cash are being turned over and sold immediately. It's a lesson that many pennies have to learn. Unfortunately, few recover from it. Worse, once the number of shares escalates, they can't even find legitimate sources of funding. Even a mildly successful product won't help. Their only hope is for a block-buster product. I'd scratch TOUP from my watch list, except for the fact that they might just have one or more of those products. I'm glad I didn't buy at $2.00, but I may have to pick some up when the price dips to 20 cents or so.
