Yes, Dreamcast outsold (tripled in fact) Star War's first episode's first day - $97.9 million versus $28 million.
SEGNY is looking much healthier.

Current thinking is that PlayStationII will sweep it aside - or if not Nintendo's Dolphin will - but I am not yet sure. SNE 'thinks'PlayStatiionII will come out next March - but they still have technical problems. In the meantime Dreamcast has hardly put a foot wrong and is sucking in much needed market share.

The Nikkei is still ultra sensitive to yen movements but piece by piece confidence is being reestablished in Japan. Trouble is that foreign equity buying means foreign yen buying too. Still a bit of Catch 22 here.
