Ian; I did hint at another Samsung CVD order just about a week ago, didn't I ? ;'} ..At the prices for the units sold earlier this year, they would have been single chamber, so it's possible expansion of capacity could be upgrades to dual chamber rather than new units. But something tells me another $10M order TBA soon :') ..On top of all that humming strip biz. ..Soon, we will hear refreshing sizzle of the hot plasma eating away the layers from the Gashouse. :') Best Regards, John Stewart
