When they complete the TLM deal(I think it is closer than we think).Then they have to go into Iraq and pick up the lifting contracts for this round.After the lifting contracts the UN will lift sanctions or amend the UN policy,That would allow Oilexco to go in and start to set up the first 2 fields to get into production and then they can start work on that third field.I think once the TLM deal is done the rest will full in place quickly.
Hmmmm?? I wonder how close oil's first two fields are to that new discovery you posted #117.
