I believe the key is not getting caught in an open short position. They are betting on no buyout in the near future. But from their point of view look at this, my downside risk is 15 3/4, because I can get shares at that price. So I will have fun all day long shorting for one two or three points and then covering, and then on strength, shorting again, knowing if I get caught open, I cover at 15 3/4. And in the meantime, they earn 9% on their money.

All bets are off on a takeout which we hope for.
