Sounds like T mentioned something about it after the close (re CNBC)...indicating they are looking at options, but nothing has passed the 'preliminary' stage...

Any thoughts on ATHM hooking up with NPNT?

NPNT closed weak...if $18 holds it should do well

CNXT

Found out they have a convertible note for $350mln redeemable 2006. Conversion terms- The holders of the notes may convert all or any portion of a note in multiples of $1,000 into our common stock at a conversion price of $46.196 per share, subject to adjustment in certain events
from freeedgar.com

There has been some selling by the note holders. I've seen 4.5mln shares registered so far. There are seven total 424b3 docs. I haven't looked through all of them for a total. Couldn't determine if these shares have hit the market but I would expect some to have since the dates go back to July.

1.7mln shares registered for the employee stock option plan. Couldn't find time/date restrictions

Someone needs to do some more digging here. I am out of time for right now.
