a buyout of 2 to 3 would be the steal of the millenium. hec trades at less than break-up value. management knows this and should do somthing to get the price up. whatever happened to the buy back?

no way someone buys this company for less than $10 imo.

Good Point TLM and don't forget AEC both could be buyers, maybe a double SEV and HEC, a two for one deal
