This is the common analogy in parts of the deep south..A woman is no more than chattell' I cannot ever remember not wanting to be called a Lady' I have a difficult time with the female who does not recognize that she is biologically different from a male and that does not make her lesser..but then I am jla's "nutcase" who has six children too. I loved being a wife (my husband died in 86') and mother a lot more more than I like my professional title...lol Lisa Thank you for your comments...
