SB,..Re:.ensure that all existing and potential customers understand that Dell stands behind their commitments. Obviously existing customers understand that Dell stands behind their commitments, otherwise, Dell could never have achieved the top service and support rankings as reported by PC Mag. Just pointing out that the story has some serious flaws as anyone who wants to think a little would realize electrical/mechanical failures or support problems couldn't possibly select only new customers to manifest themselves. LOL! Don't think Dell has any quality or commitment problems to remedy as it's pretty hard to get to the top of the US PC market with serious service or support problems. Lee
