Rebel or anyone

I saw press today about WorldCom applying for Hong Kong license to wire the city, and also talked about cables to the USA and the rest of Asia.

Is this what the "bandwidth glut" refers to?? I'm new to the stock and the sector.

Regarding "glut", I'm keeping in mind that supply side economics is based on "supply creates demand,"

Any thoughts on GBLX competition much appreciated. I read the WorldCom story and bailed (with a little profit)
