OT M: Dear Mephisto, >Maybe you should nominate JDN for the CPQ Board of Directors. No, no, no. JDN is targeted for the new CEO although he will be on the Board when he get tapped for this position. But why don't you buy a few shares of CPQ [2 will do] then nominate me for the Board? There is only one woman on it so far. In the last annual report she held *zero* shares. Although she has picked-up a few [stock options, the rest of the board probably got her in a half nelson to pick these up], I still have a lot more that she does! I wouldn't mind going to TX from time to time--I hear they have great barbecue down there! Lynn
