Nanoidal Ponderings.... well the nanos are calling for a close of 6990 tomorrow for the TSE 300, which would be a gain of about 30. Certainly seems in the ball park of what could happen??? Well I guess we'll see. The main thing is we don't want to see a big positive variance happen (ie. the nano way ahead of the market), as that would signify an end of the current run.... based on past performance.

The market nanos had their 13,000th generation birthday party tonight... a good time was had by all. It took me quite a while to get them all calmed down and back to work.

The MCF nanos are up to generation 696. The ATY nanos are at 400, NNC at 233 and COR at 854. With so many new populations all running simultaneously, it sure does take a time to get the count up. As soon as these ones have standard errors that are reasonable, I'll be starting up the rest again (RIM,CM,TBC.A, TSE Oil Producer Index)... 4 newborn generations was more than I could handle at one time so the rest are on ice. Now if the Chief would just lend me 3 of those fancy new boxes he got I could run them all together.

My favourite pet project is a nano population that writes music (honest... ask Vital!!!). They are also on hold... there are only so many cycles to go around. I'll be very glad when the individual stock nanos get over this hump and life can get back to normal.

See you all in the morning. Tomorrow should be hell!!! I'm having a new roof put on... so on top of CSW MD disconnecting, TD screwing up and my ISP probably going down I get to listen to a work gang tearing the roof off and then hammering a new one on!! I'll have to make an extra big pot of coffee in the morning I think. The good thing is, as soon as the new roof is on I'm putting up a satellite dish and telling Rogers where they can stick their cable bills<ggggggg>... I'm tired of paying more and more for less and less!!!! Maybe I should buy a share so I can go tell them personally at the next AGM - LOL!!!

Speaking of paying more and more.... I figured out what I paid in transaction costs today and just about fell over... TDW share prices will be going up tomorrow for sure!!! <ggggg> I think TD has a premium plan and I assume other on-line brokers do as well... anyone found one they think is particularly good... either in terms of price or service??? Send me a PM if you have and I'll check it out.
