Wonder if Hillary will stand up for gun art. After all, we can't infringe on "artists'" works, can we? On Wednesday night, Mary Boone was arrested at her Fifth Avenue gallery after visitors to the one-man show by artist Tom Sachs were invited to take home a souvenir: a 9 mm bullet. A vase filled with 100 live bullets was found by police on the reception desk. The ammunition was in keeping with Sachs' work -- his signature artwork is homemade guns. Police, after determining the guns were functional, seized them along with the bullets. Boone was charged with illegal distribution of ammunition and other misdemeanors.
