Robert, it seems that this is not such a big breakthrough as I thought at the beginning of our discussion, I was under the impression that in the process of consuming fatty acids the heart was kind of self cleaning those clogged arteries that cause angina. Getting the heart to work less hard, I am not sure what are going to be the benefits. I presume that the drug is systemic, and thus will disrupt in the whole body the balance between the three different sources of "energy", and moving that balance away from metabolization of fatty acids might not be that beneficial in a systemic way. I presume they have got their reasoning, but it is beyond my level of understanding.
