I am not a shareholder in either BOP or DIO, but I read the comments on SI and SH with interest. No opinions from me on who is correct or has ownership of patents/licenses, but don't you think the market is telling you who is "correct"??? Look at BOP today - bid $0.35, last at $0.40, no support. DIO has traded in a $2+ range through most of this. When do you think this mess will be resolved? There is so much dirty laundry being aired on this story, you certainly can't get any facts on SH. I think I would let the market's treatment of the companies' respective share prices tell me who is right. JK
